Peleus

Summary

Peleus is the son of Aeacus and Endeis, along with his brother Telamon. Later, he married Thetis, at the hands of the gods. Thetis later gave birth to their son Achilles, who became a famous warrior. Peleus was banished from Aegina, along with his brother Telamon, for murdering his step-brother Phocus. Peleus is often credited with gathering the men to fight in the story of the Argonauts.
